Deep-tech entrepreneurial talent gets a special, expert focus in the European Innovation Council’s new report, which recommends two ambitious new deep-tech training programmes, the Trailblazer, and the Pioneer, designed to promote technological solutions and appreciate human entrepreneurial talent.
The report addresses challenges faced by those entrepreneurs in deep-tech, designs their training programme models for the EIC Trailblazer Programme and the Pioneer Programme and finally, considers the recommendations to best implement the programmes to ensure the creation of a dense pipeline of entrepreneurial deep tech talent. The expert group also recommends that the European Innovation Council takes the responsibility to develop the human talent, who are the scientific entrepreneurs bringing the breakthrough technologies to the market.
